We offer a 3-day free trial on eligible platforms so users can test performance, compatibility, and features before purchasing. If you're unsure about your connection stability, please use the trial first before subscribing.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be approved if:

  • You experience technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within 7 business days.
  • You were billed incorrectly or charged multiple times by mistake.
  • You cancel within 7 days of a new subscription (first-time users only).

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The service works as described but doesn't meet your personal expectations (e.g., "didn't get easier lobbies" or "no visible game improvement").
  • You forgot to cancel an auto-renewal before the renewal date.
  • You violate our Terms & Conditions (e.g., misuse, reselling, or abuse).

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Transaction ID or payment receipt, and
  • A brief explanation of the issue.

Our billing team reviews refund requests within 5-7 business days.

4. App Store & Third-Party Purchases

If you subscribed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, please request refunds directly through those platforms, as they handle billing independently from Lobby VPN.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are issued only when:

  • A multi-month plan is canceled early for verified technical issues, or
  • A duplicate payment was processed for overlapping subscriptions.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
